PhD Student
Sara obtained her Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology with honors at the University of Milan in July 2022. In November 2022 she won a research fellowship for promising graduates founded by Chiesi Farmaceutici S.p.a. and she pursued her research activity at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Milan under the supervision of Prof. Lucia Tamborini. She has been awarded the “GIC awards 2022” during the XXXVI edition of the New Trends in Organic Synthesis (NTOS 2022) conference (Milan). Sara is currently a PhD student in Chemistry (XXXIX cycle), and she is working at the development of chemo-enzymatic flow processes for the sustainable synthesis of pharmaceutically relevant compounds.
