Kinase Group

In the Kinase Group we develop novel chemical strategies to selectively target kinases. We create innovative chemical probes to interrogate biological systems and deconvolute the role of a single family member in physiology and diseases. We are also interested in developing novel covalent inhibitors for oncology applications and for the treatment of vector-borne infectious diseases. In our projects, we use synthetic organic chemistry, structural biology and biochemistry to discover high-quality chemical probes.
